![]() Still great food, service, & atmosphere.Īfter some connecting flights and hours of flying and a great Lyft ride, I finally made it to my friends in Vienna. I have added some pictures from my second visit. Ordering food was streamlined you can order off your phone using a QR code and have it brought to your table.Įdit 3/26/22. Very welcoming with the heaters, lights, and location next to a biking trail. I loved the outdoor seating area as well. I had little expectations when I saw the image, but it was quite flavorful and complex. The fried chicken sandwich was crispy, yet flavorful. It was cooked medium as requested and was a tad salty, although it complemented the fried onions, cheese, and bun. The burger was topped with fried onions, cheese, and even gave the option of a pretzel bun. None of them were too overpowering, yet they were all very distinct/unique with their flavors. I loved all the beers that were in our flight. Overall, maybe because I got lunch and not brunch/breakfast this place was okay, but not great in my opinion.Īmong the best breweries that I’ve tried both the atmosphere and food. I would recommend walking or biking if possible. Getting here - We walked from the W&OD trail but I hear the parking is packed usually. We definitely had to be more proactive with our needs in terms of service due to how crowded this place was this afternoon. I would recommend making a reservation 24 hours or earlier because it gets packed on Sunday. Service- It was packed but my friends and I did get bar seating. The side salad was basically lettuce and dressing. The chicken sandwich was okay, but nothing to write home to mom about. The French-toast was delicious and huge portion size too. It was disappointing on how they prepared it. My friend said the mac and cheese was too watery and I agree with her. Food - good and a big selection of breakfast food including grits and hash browns. ![]() My friend heard about great yelp reviews on this place so we decided to stop by for brunch today. Overall definitely recommend coming here! The chocolate cake was just a tad too rich for me but still good. The Cheesecake was a standard NY cheesecake but I die like the creme brulee topping with the raspberry sauce. It was tender and well cooked and the flavor was amazing.įor our desserts, I was poured some complimentary port and I ordered a creme brulee cheesecake and my boyfriend ordered the flour less chocolate cake. That was the duck confit and it was SO good. My boyfriend ordered the Confit de canard à l'orange. The Lamb was SO tender but I did wish there was a sauce with it. The flavor on this was great and the sauce paired well with the bread.įor dinner, I ordered the Jarrets d'agneau braisés au vin Rouge which was the Braised Lamb shank. We also ordered the Terrine foie de Volaille et Parc. The oysters were a decent size and a great flavor. For our appetizer, we got the Huîtres chaudes gratindées aux épinards which were the baked oysters. The owner/host socialized with all the tables and was fantastic. The staff is so friendly and personable and just made the experience amazing. I was not a fan of the Professor cocktail that he ordered as it was a little stronger and a little more bitter. It is in a little shopping center so parking isn't an issue.įour our drinks, I got a glass of red wine and my boyfriend ordered the Hemingway in Paris cocktail which was easy to drink and pretty good. What a cute little place! We made a reservation and came here for Valentine's day. Had a cappuccino and port after, and would recommend both. Desert was chocolate mousse, napoleon and a chocolate swirl cake. I found the sauce enjoyable, and different (added a sensation to my mouth), but would probably ask for it on the side next time. It was served with a black pepper sauce (?). I had ordered the Beef Tenderloin to be between medium and medium well, which they also did perfectly. It was served with the most perfect, sweetest, cooked carrot. Cooked to perfection, had an amazing texture and the flavor was great. The Almond Lemon Halibut was really the standout for me. Caesar salad was good, had a horseradish taste to it. They are all good, but I liked the crab cake the most. Appetizers were crab cakes, shrimp, and lobster ravioli. ![]() I got the five course without wine pairing, my wife got it with. ![]() We had gone in 2013, really enjoyed it, but just hadn’t been back. ![]()
