![]() ![]() The two Time Out Bars bars serve local beer from Night Shift Brewing Company (Everett) and Idle Hands Craft Ales (Malden) as well as wine, seasonal cocktails and mocktails, and Kombucha on draft from Portland, Maine-based Urban Farm Fermentory. The space also has a demonstration kitchen for future events. But there is also bar seating at a few of the restaurants along the outside wall. There are 650 seats, most at long communal tables that line the hall. On a preview night before the opening, the restaurants served samples of Reubens, sliders, clam chowder, sandwiches, coffee, doughnuts, gelato and more. Doughnuts are artisan beauties from Union Square Donuts in Cambridge. The coffee comes from George Howell, who made a career out of single-farm, batch-brewed coffee long before Starbucks. Cluck's Deluxe Chicken & Dumplings (think chicken and waffle fries) come from Tim Cushman, who won his Beard for Boston's O Ya. ![]() Gogo Ya (think Nori tacos and Sashimi Bento bowls) and Ms. Italian Kitchen and Monti Roman Pizzeria come from Michael Schlow, who won his Beard for Boston's Radius. Craigie Burgers come from Maws, who won a Beard award for his Cambridge eatery Craigie on Main. Boston's is the latest, and so beautifully curated that diners can enjoy everything from coffee to smoothies, Asian cuisine to deli sandwiches. It's hard to believe this won't be a home run for the media company, Time Out, which expanded its brand by opening its first market in Lisbon, Portugal in 2014. Fans of the Hub's dining scene will recognize those chefs' names: Tony Maws, Tim Cushman and Michael Schlow.
